Looking for expert guidance in fitness and nutrition? Work with a certified personal trainer (NCCP #6483628, NCCP Multi-Sport Certificate), Certified Master Health Coach, Functional Aging Specialist, and CrossFit Level 2 Trainer to develop athletic potential and overall well-being.

As a lifelong athlete and active basketball player, I am passionate about helping young athletes build strength, improve performance, and establish lifelong healthy habits. I work one-on-one with clients of all levels—whether they’re learning fitness basics, training for a specific sport, or refining their skills during the off-season.

✅ Special Olympics athletes (skating, curling, track & field, weightlifting, multi-sport)

✅ Hockey players (ages 10–18)
✅ Gymnasts & rugby players

Beyond individual coaching, I also serve as a team trainer and nutrition coach, most recently working with the Ballistix Volleyball U14 Girls and Boys teams. My top priority is ensuring young athletes train with proper form and fuel their bodies with balanced nutrition to support their performance and growth.
