Cancellation Policy

• Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance, except in cases of severe weather or extreme circumstances.

• After one missed appointment, any subsequent missed appointments will be billed in full as if completed.

• If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment.

• Membership packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once they have been started.
