  2. Half-Hour Personal Training Sessions:

    • Flexibility in scheduling allows for sessions to be arranged according to your availability and preference.

  3. Weekly Email Support "Homework":

    • Receive weekly emails containing "Follow Along Movement Videos" designed to complement your training sessions. These videos enable you to continue practicing and enhancing your strength and balance independently.
